We’ve been with NAC for 14 years. We average less than one service call per location, per year due to the preventative maintenance program that’s actually being followed –this is huge considering we have multiple pieces of equipment at each location. NAC adjusts our thermostats remotely at any time of the day and the calls don’t ever get routed to me (my wife thanks you, too). A lot of our clinics are in rural areas and NAC never had a problem servicing our HVAC equipment –this has not been the case with electrical, lighting, pest control, cleaning, etc. As always, thank you!
